The film “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” at the 68th edition of the Pula Film Festival
The movie “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” was premiered as part of the main competition program of the international selection of the 68th edition of the Pula Film Festival. The tickets for the world premiere of the sequel of the most-watched film of the previous decade and also it is one of the screenings that attracted the greatest interest of the festival audience, were sold out days in advance.
The screening was preceded by a press conference at which part of the author team was talking about the film whose beginning of the distribution the whole region eagerly awaits. Director Miloš Avramović, screenwriter Petar Mihajlović, producer Tatjana Žeželj Gojković and actors Miodrag Radonjić and Miloš Biković talked about the film “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” at the press conference held at Kino Valli.
In the honor of the author team of the film “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” a formal reception was held at the Serbian Cultural Center in Pula. Together with numerous journalists and guests, part of the author team visited the exhibition “Listening to the Audience’s Breath”, in the gallery of the Serbian Cultural Center, dedicated to the dramatic opus of the actress Marija Crnobori.
After 127 minutes of exciting action and unexpected twists and turns with special acoustics of the Arena in Pula, a large audience applauded the film “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” which, judging by the applause, justified their expectations and this time pushed the boundaries of domestic and regional cinema.
“South Wind 2 – Speed Up” from the Pula Festival, as a minority co-production film and partly shot on the territory of Croatia, took special recognition from the Croatian Audiovisual Center, which was presented to producer Tatjana Žeželj Gojković.
