Petar Maraš leverages the advantages of his status as the undisputed leader of the Serbian underworld. Wanting to expand his business and return to the confines of the law, Maraš invests illegally obtained money into legitimate enterprises and, seizing an opportune moment, he, along with his loyal Baća, heads to eastern Serbia.

They are tasked by the state to buy property from farmers for the passage of the South Stream pipeline. The farmers make their offer, but Crveni offers them less than 10% of the amount they requested. The farmers accept, but Maraš tears up the contract. He decides to start his own business with the farmers and offers them double what Crveni had offered.

Maraš's brother Nenad starts running a drug-dealing business on his own, after which an associate frames him to the Bulgarians who kidnap him. When Maraš learns of this, he illegally goes to Bulgaria and, while evading the border police, manages to find out where his brother is.

They are helped by a Bulgarian who was framed along with Nenad but survived by sheer luck. Together, they attack the village where the criminal group that kidnapped Nenad is located...
