The Screening of “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” at the Prestigious 68th Pula Film Festival
Spectacular Belgrade Premiere Event for the Movie “South Wind – Speed Up
The movie “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” had its Serbian premiere at the Film Screenplay Festival in Vrnjačka Banja. The Film Screenplay Festival has a 45-year-long tradition, as highlighted by the director of the Cultural Center, Saša Milenković, who noted that the festival grows more content-rich with each passing year. The creative team of “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” attended the opening ceremony of this year’s festival edition at the Culture Square, located at the foot of the summer stage, from where a ceremonial parade to the “Danilo Bata Stojković” stage took place, where the film, as part of the opening ceremony, was screened. Tickets for the first festival screening in Serbia were quickly sold out, and the audience rewarded the creative team with ovations after the screening. Miloš Biković, as an actor and one of the producers, expressed his great pleasure that the sequel to the first Serbian franchise was premiered in front of the local audience in Vrnjačka Banja, contributing to the decentralization of culture by considering that “in this way, we return culture to the entire country, not just to the big cities.” The movie “South Wind 2 – Speed Up” took home the audience award from the Film Screenplay Festival.
