The Red Cobra
In this TV adaptation of the bestseller novel, Carl Logan, now living under the alias James Ryker, seeks a peaceful life after a long career in the JIA. However, his tranquillity is shattered when his former boss, Peter Winter, reveals the murder of a woman in Spain with fingerprints matching those of Red Cobra, a feared assassin and Ryker’s presumed-dead nemesis. Drawn back into the fray, Ryker heads to the crime scene, only to find that the victim isn't Red Cobra, but clues suggest her involvement.
Ignoring local police warnings, Ryker’s aggressive investigation upsets everyone, including Patrick Walker, the victim’s husband; Eva Coslova, Walker’s lover; and Andrei Coslov, Eva’s father and Walker’s business partner. As Ryker digs deeper, he uncovers a web of deceit involving local tycoons, corrupt police, and the Georgian mafia. The picturesque settings of Marbella, Ronda, and Algeciras turn into battlegrounds as Ryker’s relentless pursuit of truth brings him closer to Red Cobra, leading to a tense showdown where past and present collide, and Ryker realizes she may be closing in on him as well.
