Series

After making a deal with the state security service, with Stupar at the bottom and Crveni at the top, Petar Maraš goes to prison for the murder of Golub under mitigating circumstances. Upon his early release, earlier than the sentence predicted, Maraš faces an outside world that has crumbled in his absence – or rather, due to his own fault. His mother Anđela has died, his brother has fled far from Serbia, his angry father is struggling with the consequences of a severe stroke, and Sofija, taking their son, has left him. With the new redistribution of responsibilities, the Boss has taken over as the Belgrade chief on the drug route and, instead of the former Golub, now collaborates with the Bulgarian side represented by Dimitar.

The business of the well-coordinated team is disrupted by the Montenegrin clan led by Vajo. The territory is too small for the three of them, and they know it. Maraš, wishing to regain Sofija's trust and to get a new chance for a life together with their son, as well as to earn his father's forgiveness, starts a legitimate business at a car dealership. However, it soon turns out that once tainted, it's hard to be clean again, and every crime, sooner or later, demands payment or continuation. The TV series "South Wind" shows who drops out, who stays in the business, and who climbs to the top is decided only by Crveni.
